I designed this set of kitchen signs with saying are really versatile way to decorate your kitchen walls.
There are a few different ways to make these kitchen signs.
The easiest is obviously just printing them and putting it in a nice frame.
But what’s the fun in that?! Plus, making your own makes it more special. And, you can customize it.
This set of kitchen signs are free and available as both printable and SVG cut files in my resource library.

If you have a cutting machine, there are a few other options for making these signs.
I use a Cricut. Check out my recommendations for Cricut machines and accessories for beginners for more info.
Iron on Canvas Kitchen Signs
Reverse canvas signs are super popular to make but I find it kind of a hassle to take out all the staples and then reattach to a frame.
Instead, I just stick a towel underneath the canvas to create some counter pressure.
You will need to make sure you get the blank framed canvas that has an empty back. Here are a few from Amazon.
Flip the canvas onto the towel. Then place the iron on design and then the Teflon protective sheet on top.
I usually but it on the cotton setting and go in increments of 10 to 15 seconds checking to see if the HTV as adhered to the canvas between each session.
I normally peel off the transfer sheet while it is warm.
Stencil on Canvas Kitchen Signs
Another option is to use a vinyl stencil. This method is a bit more tricky because the floating elements of the cut out will need to be transferred without transfer tape because transfer tape doesn’t really work on canvas. However, these designs are relatively simple enough that you could manually transfer the floating elements.

Iron on Wood
This also works well using HTV on wood. Check out my article on ironing on wood for more details on how to do this.
